CELESTIAL CHURCH OF CHRIST WASHINGTON LULI PARISH

Praising God in Word and Songs

Our History

Washington Luli Parish was established on June 2000. Luli Parish sprung out of the USA national headquarter “Metro Parish” due to irreconcilable differences during the transition of the parochial committee. Today, We give glory to God for the situation that lead to our foundation. The name “LULI” came from the spiritual exercises of when Rev. Charles Agbaza (Shepherd) lead seven prophets/prophetesses and seven ushers.

He was told that we should go around in a circle 7 times. He was also made to understand that the commission was likened to the Israelites siege of Jericho. As they did the 7th final round, the prophets, who now were in spirit, said The Lord has given us a new name. Rev. Agbaza, the shepherd and leader of the group, prayed and said that “by the grace by which CCC came into being referred to in heavenly parlance as LULI”, the prophet’s voice opened and echoed saying, yes that is the name – “LULI.”
